Framework of the General Training:
In order to enhance the working achievements of the team in an overall, high-efficiency and continuous way, and build a team keen on learning, staffs at all levels are required to learn. With the aim to strengthen training, the management training center was specially established at the beginning of the year 2006 by the Group, and is responsible for the overall planning, management, organization and operation of all the training in the whole group.
At present, the internal training is made as the primary in the Group, while the training in which staffs are sent outside is made as the supplementary. The internal training is spread out in the Group in the form of concentrated lectures, self-study, online learning, video training, etc. The training content involves professional knowledge, post skills, management knowledge, management skills, occupational accomplishments and the corporation rules and regulations. Aiming at different trainees, there are different emphasized aspects.
For NEW employee:
In order to assist them to have a better understanding of our company, to get familiar with the related systems and the environment, every new employee is required to participate in the entry training and exam organized uniformly. Only those who are qualified in the exam can become a formal employee of the company.
For ordinary employee:
They are required to be proficient in the skills related to their own posts. The training for them is to intensify the skills concerning their own posts mainly.
For backbone staffs:
They are required to handle everything on their own in their own departments, setting an example for the others and helping the other colleagues in their own departments to make progress. Based on this, the backbone should intensify the deepening and improvement of their post skills and professional knowledge. Since the backbone will be the main source of middle administrators, their basic managerial skills and knowledge also need to be intensified.
For middle administrators:
As the foundation of the management, they cover a substantial percentage of the management in the company. Therefore, they are required to have a good command of basic managerial knowledge and managerial tool and apply to them proficiently in daily work. Meanwhile, the training about occupational accomplishments for them should be strengthened, so that they can conform to the 12 evaluation standards set for the administrators to keep improving continuously.
For top administrators:
As the core management in the company, they are required to intensify the learning and application of senior managerial knowledge and skills according to the 12 evaluation standards set for the management. At the same time, through the training to strengthen occupational accomplishment, their leadership and occupational accomplishment is continuously enhanced.
According to the real situation and development demands, detailed training planning is made in the management training center. Meanwhile, the operation and fulfillment of the internal training in every department is supervised, directed and checked strictly. In order to ensure the training quality, the strict trial teaching will be organized before every training course is used by the backbone and administrators. With the aim to intensify the effect of training, after the training is finished, strict exam and assessment will be carried out. The purpose of all the moves is to implement our training in a real sense!
Framework of Training:
The General Situation of the Training Planning in the Year 2007:
The change of external environment proposes new requirements on the enterprise and its staff. In order to make our staff adapt to the change, keep behaving themselves, improve occupational level and accomplishment and gradually reach the corresponding requirements proposed by the industry and the company, a large-scale training will be unfolded in the whole group in 2007.
Through the aggregate analysis of the training planning in 2007, the following data is got: Among the training in 2007, the internal training is dominant, which adds up to more than 200 times in every system and every department. In order to make the staff engaged in marketing obtain training in a complete and systematic way, nearly RMB 300 thousand is invested to establish the video training system. To realize the training plan the next year, more than RMB 1 million has been invested in total.
In the planning of internal training, more emphasis will be put on the training of the management and backbone of the company in the management training center. The above-mentioned trainee will be organized to accept the close training for 2 or 3 times, and it is estimated that it will last 2 to 3 days for each time. In order to ensure the training quality, the strict trial teaching will be organized before every training course is operated. With the aim to intensify the effect of training, after the training is finished, strict exam and assessment will be carried out.
To enrich ¡°the source of internal trainers¡± and expand the standby training candidates, the management training center will select some prospective trainers from the top employees and middle administrators and cultivate them. With the aim to strengthen the management, cultivation and inspiration towards trainers, the management training center plans to make the corresponding management system, meanwhile, relevant training will be organized according to the different level of trainers.
Besides internal training, in the year 2007, over 300 employees in the system of R & D, production, administration and finance will be sent to take part in various training about professional technology and business skills or academic seminars held by the external training entity, science and technology agency, university and college, or governmental organs.
Compared to that in 2006, from the perspective of whether training objects, training content or training form, the whole training planning in 2007 is expanded and developed, the aim of which is to offer employees more meaningful opportunities for training and learning so that our employees are really able to own the ability and accomplishments to adjust to the outside environmental change!
